NH NEWTON — Newton Planning Board approves two-lot subdivision at 21 Chase Road. The board unanimously accepted the Dubay Group Inc.'s application to subdivide the property at Map 11, Block 10, Lot 2, creating two new lots after Circuit Rider Planner Jennifer Rowden deemed the application straightforward and meeting all submission standards. Approval is contingent on four conditions including obtaining necessary permits and submitting recordable Mylars with professional stamps.
The board also cancelled its May 12th meeting and scheduled a design review for Devaney Energy at the May 26th meeting.
