Planning Board · Meeting of June 9, 2026

NH NEWTON — Planning Board discussion clarifies 125 Development procedural requirements. Vice Chair Daniel Berard presided as the board addressed four outstanding issues: Building 2 construction (75,000 square feet with 45,000 square feet intended occupancy under the 105,000 square foot Department of Transportation cap), 70 Industrial Way Unit B conversion from gym to warehouse, B&M office installation awaiting Certificate of Occupancy, and Phase 5 workforce housing with 22 units and bond paperwork submitted to the Selectmen. A critical issue emerged when board members clarified that a previously withdrawn condominium conversion application must be formally resubmitted and approved before proceeding.
