Zoning Board resolves escrow accounts with negative balances

NH NEWTON — Zoning Board unanimously approves closure of four escrow accounts carrying negative balances. Vice-Chair John Silvia presided over the May 6 meeting with members Roger Hamel and Barbara White. The board voted unanimously to invoice escrow accounts 364, 367, 369, and 375 with negative balances and close them after reimbursement.
The board also voted unanimously to delay approval of April 1 meeting minutes and postpone 2026 Zoning Board Rules edits to the June 3 meeting.
