NH NEWTON — Newton Selectboard adopts revised Right to Know policy with higher fees and USB delivery. The Board of Selectmen unanimously approved an updated RSA 91-A policy that raises the public records fee from 50 cents to $1.00 per page and requires information delivery via USB drive instead of electronic or mail distribution. Selectman Daniel Guide presented the changes, which were reviewed and approved by legal counsel, citing the board's concerns about out-of-state requests for large amounts of data.
