Gale Library trustees recommend Meserve for trustee vacancy

NH NEWTON — Gale Library Board unanimously recommends Kathleen Meserve to fill vacant trustee seat. The trustees voted unanimously to recommend Kathleen Meserve for appointment as a trustee to fill an open position, with Acting Chair and Treasurer Mary Riordan moving and Secretary Paula Noon seconding. In a second unanimous vote, the board recommended Anne Banks for reappointment as Alternate Trustee.
Both names will go to the Newton Board of Selectmen for final approval.
